Yeloos 1-Year Warranty for Car Head Units and Multimedia Tesla Screens

All car head units and multimedia Tesla screens sold through Yeloos are subject to a 1-year warranty. The applicability of the warranty is determined on a case-by-case basis.

In the event you need to use the warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our Customer Support team.
  2. Provide Evidence: Submit photos or videos that demonstrate the issue with your head unit or multimedia screen.
  3. Review and Resolution: After reviewing your submission, a Customer Support specialist will contact you to discuss the solution, which may include repair or replacement of the product.

If a replacement is agreed upon, the process will generally be as follows:

  1. Return the Product: You will need to ship the head unit or multimedia screen back to us, following the terms outlined in our return policy.
  2. Inspection and Report: Once we receive the product at our fulfillment center, we will inspect it, provide you with a detailed report, and offer either a replacement or a refund in accordance with our return policy.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following situations:

  • Physical Damage: Any tears or damages caused by improper installation, protruding vehicle parts, or forced manipulation.
  • Environmental Damage: Issues resulting from weather conditions, normal wear, or accumulated dirt are not covered.
  • Cosmetic Issues: Cracks or discoloration over time that do not affect functionality are excluded from the warranty.
  • Improper Handling: Damage caused by placing the product on freshly repainted surfaces without proper curing time, as well as covering a vehicle that is not dry, cooled down, or improperly prepared.
  • Misuse: The warranty does not cover damages from misuse, such as keeping the screen on during vehicle maintenance, towing with the unit installed, or other inappropriate uses.
  • Natural Disasters and Animals: Damage from natural disasters, animals, or improper handling is not covered.
  • Material Deformation: Changes in material shape, like expansion or shrinkage, are excluded.
  • Used or Open-Box Products: Items purchased in 'used' or 'open-box' condition are not covered.

Returns and Refunds

You can return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase for a refund, provided you have the receipt. After 30 days, any issues will be handled under this warranty policy, and no refunds will be issued beyond this period.

Examples of Negligent or Abusive Use

The warranty does not cover damages caused by:

  • Improper Attachment: Using unsuitable devices for attaching straps or improper attachment processes.
  • Chemical Exposure: Exposure to harmful chemicals, such as paints, acids, solvents, or alkaline materials.
  • Heat and Fire: Burns, melted areas from cigarettes, or exposure to excessive heat.
  • Physical Abuse: Cuts, punctures, abrasions, burst or cut threads, overstretching during installation, or dragging the unit over harmful surfaces.
  • Incorrect Usage: Using the product for purposes other than intended for car head units or multimedia screens.

Accessories

All accessories purchased as add-ons (e.g., cable locks, safety kits, floor mats) can be returned within 30 days from the receipt date. After 30 days, they are non-refundable and are not covered by any warranty.
