Yeloos Return and Refund Policy for Car Head Units and Multimedia Tesla Screens

You can return any car head unit or multimedia Tesla screen for a refund or replacement within 30 days of your original purchase date.

Important: The address listed on our website is not a return address. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] for detailed return instructions and to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Do not send any products back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping Costs: We are not responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was sent to you in error.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted Under the Following Conditions:

  • The product is not in a resalable condition (e.g., scratches, animal bites, damage from extreme weather conditions, or damage from sharp objects or third-party impacts).
  • More than 30 days have passed since the delivery date, and the reason for the return cannot be clearly identified (e.g., lack of cooperation to resolve product-related issues, or missing information and pictures).
  • More than 30 days have passed since delivery, and the product is not in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Requirements:

  • All products must be returned in their original condition with no scratches, holes, or other damage. All original accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included.
  • Before shipping the product back, you must send us a picture of the packed box, showing the items clearly.
  • Returns must be placed in an outer shipping box to protect the product packaging. Ensure that the product is packed as it was originally shipped.
  • Include the order number and RA number clearly written on the outer shipping box.
  • Provide a tracking number once the product has been shipped back to us.

Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us for guidelines and instructions on how to resolve the issue. This will not be treated as a return.

Return Processing Time: The return process may take 2 to 6 weeks after we receive your package at our fulfillment center, inspect your return, and complete your refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or provided as store credit, as per your preference.
